Manage Your SprintBrain Account and Profile

Update your display name, email address, profile photo, and company branding. All changes sync to the Chrome extension and mobile view automatically.

Your SprintBrain account holds your identity, team membership, and branding preferences. Every change you make in the dashboard syncs across the Chrome extension, the web app, and the mobile browser view automatically.

Access your account settings at any time by going to app.sprintbrain.com and navigating to Settings > Account.

Signing in

SprintBrain uses passwordless authentication — there is no password to create, remember, or reset. When you sign in, enter your email address and choose one of two methods:

Method	How it works
Magic link	SprintBrain emails you a one-click sign-in link. Click it from any device to open an authenticated session instantly.
6-digit code	SprintBrain emails you a 6-digit one-time code. Enter it on the sign-in screen to authenticate.

Both methods are available every time you sign in — pick whichever is more convenient.

Account settings

Go to Settings > Account in the dashboard to update your profile:

Display name

Enter the name you want teammates to see when you create or edit shared snippets. Authorship on every asset is stamped with your display name.

Email address

Click Change email address below your current email, enter the new address, and click Send verification email. SprintBrain sends a confirmation link to the new address. The change takes effect when you click Change Email in that message — the dashboard refreshes automatically.

Profile photo

Upload a profile photo to personalize your account. Your photo appears next to your name in shared folders and the team workspace. Click Upload photo to choose an image, or Remove to revert to your initial.

Company branding

Go to Settings > Branding to customize how your team workspace looks:

Branding is applied workspace-wide, so every team member sees your logo when they open the extension or visit the shared workspace.

Signing out

To sign out of your current session, click your avatar in the top-right corner of the dashboard and select Sign Out.

To sign out of every device at once — including other computers, the mobile browser session, and the Chrome extension — go to Settings > Security and click Sign Out Everywhere. All active sessions are invalidated immediately and you’ll need to sign in again on each device.
