What the team workspace shows
When you open the team workspace, you see:Member roster
Every teammate who has accepted an invitation to your organization, shown with their name, email, and role (Member, Manager, or Admin).
Shared folders
All folders shared by you and shared with you, split into two clearly labeled sections so you always know which content you own and which content a teammate has given you access to.
Per-folder access
Each folder card shows the avatar stack of everyone who has access, with scope badges indicating whether a folder is shared with specific individuals or the whole team.
Company branding
Your company logo and cover image appear at the top of the workspace, making the hub feel like a branded home rather than a generic tool.
Setting up your workspace
1
Upload your logo and cover image
Go to Settings > Branding and upload your company logo and a cover image. Both appear at the top of the team workspace hub for all members of your organization as soon as you save them.
2
Confirm the branding is live
Switch to the Team page. Your logo and cover image now appear at the top of the workspace, visible to every teammate who opens the team hub.
3
Extension icon
Your company logo is also applied as the SprintBrain extension icon in Chrome for your team members. This means your team’s extension looks like a company tool, not a generic third-party add-on.
Viewing the member roster
The member roster at the top of the team workspace lists everyone who has accepted an invitation to your organization. For each member you can see:- Their display name and email address
- Their role — Member, Manager, or Admin
- A visual highlight on your own entry so you always know where you appear in the list
The team view in the extension
Shared folders appear in the SprintBrain Chrome extension popup and in the right-click context menu, alongside your personal folders. There is no visual distinction between personal and shared content during expansion — shared snippets and prompts expand identically to your own, using the same trigger syntax and the same dynamic field overlay. This means your teammates adopt shared content with zero extra steps: they type the trigger just as they would for their own snippets, and the shared content expands in place. The extension reads only the snippets and prompts the signed-in user is permitted to see. Shared content appears automatically as soon as access is granted — no manual sync or refresh required.
